Two of my closest world changing colleagues and I were interivewed for an article last week on new models for financing and scaling social enterprises. Joel Solomon ofRenewal Partners and Tim Draimin of Tides Canada Foundation and I were the sources for the story which ran in the online news source Social Enterprise Reporter.
Using our groundgreaking work on the BC Social Enterprise Fund (which announced its second round of $250K in growth capital grants at the Conference) as well as Joel and Tim’s work with their own foundations, we talk about new, private sector inspired venture models for supporting the financing and growth of social enterprises.
